Nice and well-equipped room. They have USB ports and socket adaptors for foreigners like me which is really nice. The location is great - right near the exit from MTR station and the PopCorn Mall.

I like the location of the hotel, staff are friendly. They are very flexible on my check in need. One of the worker at the buffet breakfast (Han) is very friendly she works at the noodle bar. Anthony at the breakfast buffet was very helpful as well. We live in room 3803 it was great room size.

The Room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable. There was a good cityscape view from the large windows The bathroom is large with a very satisfying shower. We had breakfast everyday it is a buffet with Chinese, Western cooked, Continental etc. a good choice and very good but if you take a bit of all of it every day it will become repetitive. Best to pick a different style every day. Easier said than done. The hotel itself is very stylish the staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't use the gym but we did use the pool, it isn't very stylish but it is a very good pool for exercise 25 meters and good for lengths.

The room was good, very roomy, tastefully decorated and well connected. The view from the room was fantastic. The room have different adaptors and a lot of UBS port, super convenient. The housekeeper is excellent. The concierge was outstanding, so attentive. The also provide shuttle service to go to West Kowloon, safe me a lot of time and money. My daughter loves hiking, there are so many places for outdoor activities near the hotel.

The location is perfect, right next to the MTR station, and a few shopping malls and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. The hotel also has party rooms, restaurants for weddings and events. Room size is spacious, and the view is nice.

The hotel is attached to the series of malls, so there are many options where to eat, shop etc. The hotel is just at the metro station, so it is easy to reach. The rooms are spacious, modern and always clean. The hotel is fancy with a bathtub in the room (at least my room had it).

Location is excellent, directly next to Popcorn mall and MTR station. Room is large. Breakfast is nice. Decent Gym, and swimming pool.

The room is relatively big comparing to other hotel in Hong Kong. We have ample space to open three large suitcase. Right next to plenty of bus stop and Subway station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff are helpful.
